I've been living in Hoboken for a little over two years now. My current apartment building is increasing the rent so I'm looking to move.

I work regular M-F hours in Manhattan for a tech company. Outside of work I keep pretty active with sport leagues, working out, and taking mini trips (beach, camping, snowboarding).

I'm easy going, out going, clean, neat and respectful. I'm financially responsible with a great track record of paying rent and bills on time, if not early. I do enjoy occasional happy hours and going out on weekends, but nothing crazy, no drugs, and I don't 'bring the party home.'

Hoping to meet somebody with similar qualities, with open communication, willing to hangout from time to time versus just people who live together.
