Hi, there. I'm a fashion designer, like anything involves art. Like to watch movies and play music in my room but will be mindful not to bother you. I'd like to keep the apartment clean and tidy, hope you do too. Please no parties in the apartment, and let each other know in advance for guests. Even though the apartment lack amenities, but all the necessary living facilities are nearby. The laundry is 2 mins away, a 24-hour deli is across the street, about 5 mins walk is a very good supermarket, and there's a YMCA (gym) 1 subway stop away, 20 mins on foot. The neighborhood has the most convenient traffic in town, has a diverse art scene- MOMA PS1 is next door, and has plenty restaurants and bars to hang out.
The room is has a full-size bed already, but if you don't want it, it can be removed.
Bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared and furnished, you're welcome to use everything. The utility includes gas and water, but electricity and internet are not covered.
Drawbacks of the room, the subway is noisy but less loud at night since trains run less frequently at night, the room is a little small in size, and sound travels clearly between walls but most townhouses have this problem.
