Seeking quiet, clean, and friendly tenant/housemate for my home near the border of Fishtown and East Kensington. Short walk to 3 different Market/Frankford line stops, close to Martha, Pizza Brain, Philadelphia Brewing Co. Plenty of street parking. Washer and dryer in basement. Patio accessible through a back door in the kitchen. $950 per month, utilities and internet included.
The house has 3 bedrooms. You would have the 3rd floor furnished master suite to yourself. Furnishings include a queen sized bed with night stands on either side, a reclining chair, two dressers, a large (36 inch?) wall mounted TV with surround sound stereo system, an inversion table, a portable AC unit, and a private bathroom. Your bedroom door will also have a code lock.
The second floor has 2 bedrooms. Your housemate, Carson, lives in one of them. He is a tall black gay man who loves fashion, art, writing, and acting, and works in hospitality. He has a wonderfully kind heart and is always willing to talk through any cohabitation issues that come up.
My name is Dan. I'm the landlord. I'm a 5 ft 10 straight white classical musician, athlete, and nutrition geek. My office is the other room on the 2nd floor. I will only be there 10-20 days out of the year and will share the main house bathroom with Carson.
