I work in fin-tech in SF and share the house with my dog, a 76 pound super sweet Husky/Chocolate lab mix that I rescued. I have some DIY projects that I’m working my way through and do also plan on doing some work on the backyard eventually. The pup keeps me somewhat active, and I enjoy being out and about with him, as well as baking, cooking, gardening and reading! A lot of weekends are spent working on the house or doing fun things outside.

My house is located in the Assumption Parish neighborhood of San Leandro, with easy access to the 580 freeway, and public transportation including Bart, local AC transit, and the transbay bus close by. It has a good sized paved backyard and has a meyer lemon tree. There is a washer/drier and the usual kitchen appliances (gas range stove, refrigerator, & dishwasher).
About the room:
Large 106 sq ft room with huge closet, you'll have your own bathroom and full use of the washer/dryer and shared spaces (kitchen, living room, and a big back garden). The bedroom is available unfurnished.
