Tonasia M - $500/month

I am an alumni from Gallaudet University, and I've recently been offered a teaching position in DC, and need to find a roommate as soon as possible. I am also an upcoming songwriter, and have been doing so for 13 years. & I feel as though moving to the city is a much better option for me. I am a clean person, and would love to roommate with someone who is clean as well. My preference is a two bedroom apartment, but if there is a situation where we would have to share a room together, I am okay with that. I would prefer to roommate with a graduate student or someone between the ages of 25-35. I am would also prefer to roommate with someone who is LGBTQA friendly, and has life going for themselves outside of their home (can keep busy).
