We live in a luxury building with plenty of amenities (basketball court, gym, valet, free breakfast, etc.) and it's in a good location for subways to get around the city.

A little about ourselves: we are friends from college and work in Finance at a large bank in tribeca. We work about 60hrs a week, enjoy fitness, and having a good time. On the weekends, we are either traveling, hanging out in NYC, or spending time with our girlfriends. We're very clean and try our best to keep the apt neat.

A little bit about the apartment itself: it is a 1000 sq ft. 1 bedroom that we converted to 3 bedrooms. There is still plenty of room, and we have a couch with a TV in the living room. The bedroom for rent is the smallest of the three, but can still fit a full/queen bed.

Since we've already lived here for a year, the apt is mostly furnished so you would just need to bring stuff for your bedroom.

Monthly rent would be around 1700, but we have some flexibility there as we are still negotiating with the building. Cable/wifi comes to about $45 a month, and utilities avg about $50 a month.
