My name is Brian and I am moving to Denver July 13th. I enjoy a vast variety of activities from skydiving and snowboarding to cooking and MMA. I like to keep my home cleaner than most in the shared areas of the apartment. I am seeking a remote who enjoys interacting and engaging in activities together such as cooking, grocery shopping, netflix binges, snowboarding/skiing, games, airsoft, and other adventures both mundane and exotic. I am coming to Denver knowing essentially no one, so an extrovert would be a welcome addition. I am an introvert in general, so when I'm home is generally when I'm most energetic, even then, I am quite quiet. I am strictly NOT a party person. However, I do enjoy social gatherings such as BBQ's, smash bros tourneys, Superbowl showing, or similar events.
I am seeking a roommate who enjoys sharing in house-upkeep, I grew up in a family where we shared chores and cooked together consistently, and I'd like to keep that momentum going forward. If you don't know how to cook , fear not for I am knowledgeable and am happy to teach what I know. Favorite cuisines include: Indian, sushi, ramen, halal, italian, & thai.

Pets are allowed, but be aware you will be solely responsible for the associated fees which is both a flat cost of ~$500 + monthly pet rent. This is not my choice, it is in the lease of the building. The actual rent/month is going to vary a bit due to utility cost of internet/ electric/ gas (i think) but looking to do a straight 50/50 split on ALL RENT AND UTILITIES. My move in date is the 13th of July, I am happy to bring in the new roommate either then or on the 1st of August (rent due day).
