Elyssa (age 26) is very relaxed, extroverted, clean and quiet. Matteo (age 34) is also very chill, clean and quiet. We get along really well and take turns cleaning the space. Matteo works from 6am until 3pm and showers in the morning. Elyssa works from 9-6 and showers in the evening. We both go to bed early and are very quiet.

The current tenant in our now available room is moving in with her girlfriend. We wouldn't expect a friendship as we know this is rare, but would definitely prefer someone we can speak with and generally get along with.
