Large bedroom that fits a queen bed, nightstand, dresser, and desk available. The room also has a huge walk-in closet. The common areas are quite large as well. There is a true dining room that fits a table for 6. The kitchen is a good size with all the common amenities. There’s a coat closet and a utilities closet as well. The living room currently has an L shaped couch and another two seater couch. There’s a projector for movie nights and tv (Netflix, Hulu etc) but open to a TV. I’d like to redecorate and replace some of the furniture in the living room to make it more cozy and if you want to help that would be great. I want my new roommate to feel at home as well. The apartment is part of a duplex and is on the second floor. There’s a stoop out front that I like to grill on during the summer or relax and have a beverage. If you have a car, there’s a parking space in the back! (Pictures of the bedroom are of my own but the size is the same for the one that is opening up).

I’m looking for someone similar in age who wants to keep a calm and respectful space. I prefer to limit large numbers of guests to weekends. I’m also gone m-f ~9a-8p. Utilities are split and usually $120 pp depending on ac usage.
