I'm a second year NYU graduate student that will be spending a lot of time preparing for my thesis. I’m a tidy person that is incredibly easy-going, cooperative, and respectful. I like to cook and work out a few times a week. I’m currently a master’s student that’s spending a lot of time preparing for schoolwork, so I’ll be a quiet roommate. When I'm not preparing for my thesis, I'm exploring new music, relaxing, hanging out with friends, or catching up on my shows and movies.

Available Room for Rent
Available Room in a Flex 2-BR Apartment
Room available in a flex 2-BR luxury-style apartment with a reasonable NYC price tag of $1900/month. I'm looking for a male roommate to renew the lease with me for another year. The room is available for move-in as soon as August 1st (with some flexibility for later move-in date within August if needed).
The Room: The available room is on a third floor in an elevator building, large enough to comfortably fit a full/queen sized bed, storage, and desk with plenty of walking space. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is fully furnished (as the video shows). The room includes a built-in AC/heat unit, floor-to-ceiling windows for great natural light, and a built-in Bluetooth speaker.
The Apartment: The apartment includes an open-concept kitchen, a large bathroom, a large living space, hardwood floors, in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher.
The Building: The building is new and has an excellent maintenance team. The amenities include a 24-hour doorman, a live-in-super, a bike room, storage, gym, recreation room, terrace w/ BBQ grills, furnished rooftop with a great view, free WiFi in amenity spaces, trash chute/recycling, and garage parking.
Area/Transportation: The building is located in the Alphabet City area, within a short walking distance to East Village with nightlife and tons of restaurants and bars in the area.
