Cheniece B - $1,500/month

Greetings! My name is Cheniece, I am 35 years old, and I currently live near Orlando, FL. I am hoping to move at the end of March 2019 which is why I am starting this process now. I am still looking for jobs but I can pretty much work anywhere with the job I currently have. I have a Bachelors in Healthcare Administration and I'm less than a year away from earning my Masters. I was born in Brooklyn and still have family I visit there but I would still be considered a 'newbie'. I have never had the pleasure of having/needing a roommate (except for on cruises Lol) however, I am fully aware of the cost of living situation in the city and it just makes sense for me to have at least 1-3 roommates. I am a pretty quiet and respectful person and I am great at respecting a person's space/boundaries but I can also be very social when warranted. I clean up after myself, will not touch/use things that aren't mine without asking first, and I am not the type of person to create drama or chaos. I am looking for roommates that are possibly in the same situation (or similar) - new to the city, hardworking, and someone that is active and likes to explore to try new things/foods/activities etc. My ideal roommate would be someone close to my age (5-8 years on either side) that is respectful of the others around them regarding cleanliness, clutter and noise. Someone that is social, friendly, and not in their own world all of the time - communication is key! I do not take drugs or smoke cigarettes/cigars and I would hope my roommates don't either. Although I love dogs, I would prefer no pets in the house. Someone with no food allergies (shellfish=life!). My ideal living arrangement would be one where everyone lives comfortably with each other with the occasional group meals, movies, nights out, group grocery trips, and an even split on everything from the chores to bills!
