One private bedroom available in a spacious 3-bedroom apartment in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn for immediate occupancy. The apartment features a large & spacious living room/dining area, a front balcony overlooking the scenic block, 1.5 baths and a fairly sized & fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a private house. The bedroom itself is an 87.5 sqft room that features a closet and plenty of natural light.
The pictures don't do the room or the apartment justice. I will be replacing the electrical panels on the wall, installing a new door knob with a new key as I always do for a new comer and touching up the walls. The carpet is still new new.
It is a very laid back and relaxing environment.
