Our 3rd roommate is moving in with her boyfriend November 1st so we're looking for another young professional female to take over her room and to sign on to the remainder of the least which renews June 1st.

- 1 (large) bath with newly installed shower
- open kitchen/living room with hardwood floors and lots of light

About us, the roommates:
Two professional females, ages 31 and 25. Standard routine of work, gym, low key evenings during the week. A mix of out and about and relaxing at home on the weekends. Respectfully clean and easy to get along with.
Finances:
- hot water included
- $1,000 security deposit
- Utilities run around $150 pp
unfortunately, no pets allowed per landlord.
