We're two quiet, polite, friendly queer women looking for a roommate of any gender in a shared house in Medford. One of us is a store clerk who writes and paints; the other is a writing tutor and editor who works from home. We plan to split the cost (including tip) of a cleaner three ways. ISO friendly third roommate in Medford house, $833 + utils
The shared areas of the house are sunny, with lots of windows and natural light, including a dining room and hardwood floors. There's storage and a free washer/dryer in the basement. There's one shared bathroom upstairs and a half bath downstairs. The room has a closet, window, and room for a desk and queen-size bed. The driveway parking will mostly be yours, as the other two roommates don't have cars. It's a nice shared space!
