ROOMMATE NEEDED ASAP! Next to CN Tower!
Hi All,
I am looking for a roommate (preferably a working individual or a student with the same schedule as me). I work during the days, and sometimes late nights. I am an OREA student as well.
The rent will be $1000/month and you are required last month deposit as well as your name on the lease. I need a roommate by May! The condo is a 1bdrm+den, and you will have to be okay to live in the living room/den. The kitchen and bathroom are shared.
The lease ends in September of 2019; the reason why I need a roommate is because my sister is moving to Asia in May! I will eventually move out, but I am not too sure when I will. When I do, your name will stay on the lease, and it will be your decision then to either have the place to yourself, or to find another roommate (but that will be when I do move out, which won't be until December-ish of this year).
Hydro and Internet is not included in the monthly rent... that will be about $200 extra... but I will double check when confirmed.
Must be okay with the occasional party... I am looking to have a roommate that I can get along with/be friends with and to occasionally be okay with partying if you'd like to join.
I am a smoker, and I have a little kitten named Beau Blaze... who is very feisty but friendly. :)
