I'm looking to rent a room beginning Oct.1st. Long term or short term works with me, would prefer long term though. I'm pretty laid back, currently interning in fashion (being an intern, I have means to pay rent, I have a guarantor). My schedule is usually from 10am-6/7pm. I'm clean and cooperate with cleaning duties. I like to cook, but mostly do it on weekends. I'm pretty quiet, I like to socialize but I usually do it outside the apartment and occasionally have a friend over.
