Hi guys! I have a rare opening in a very large apartment in a great location on the border of First Hill/Capitol Hill. My last roommate has lived here for four years and sadly is relocating to Los Angeles. The apartment is in an old, beautiful building with modern appliances. Washer/Dryer on site, we will share the bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room. You also have access to a large closet (almost the size of a room) that we can share for storage. I tend to spend most of my time in my room/adjoining office, which gives you a lot of freedom for the common areas.
I am a 34 year old LGBT male who works late nights as a bartender, but I like to keep things very quiet. My current roommate works a regular 8-5 schedule and we've had no issues with it. I am looking for someone low key, who will not throw regular parties or have a lot of guests over.
** Cost includes high speed Internet, and electricity EXCEPT during winter months, which will have to be negotiated. It can be extremely costly to heat this place, so we can develop a plan based on how much of the place you want to heat/how much you are willing to spend. In general, outside of heat, I will cover electricity.
