About Me

I am a full time teacher and graduate student. I am typically gone all day long Monday-Friday. On the weekends I am usually out and about because I am a busy body.

I want to be very upfront that I keep the apartment very clean. It is important that mutual areas stay clean and welcoming at all times. These include the bathroom, kitchen and living room. I don't care how messy your room is because that is your personal space! I am very laid back and easy to get along with. The rent for one person is $1300 a month. I am open to having two people living in the room if you have a roommate or significant other. The rent would then be $1450 total.

Move in is March 1st. Rent is due the 1st of every month. In order to move in March 1st all I need is the first months rent and a security deposit. The security deposit is $1000. I am open to a 6-12 month lease. If you need more time even better! 2 years is my max because after 2 years, we should all be moving on to bigger and better things anyway...!

Unfortunately the landlord does not allow pets, but if you have a small dog that does not bark, I'm all up for it because I love pupps! Cats are a no go because I'm allergic.

Oh one last thing, utilities are not included in the price but they are usually no more than $60-$70. Cheap cheap.

Big great room, don't miss out.

Please no scammers. Text me if you are seriously interested or just have a few questions. Just know you are signing up to live with the most thoughtful roommate ever.

Roommate must be LGBTQ friendly. No conservatives. 420 friendly (in your own room though). I don't mind guests or significant others sleeping over.

You are looking at a private room in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The apartment is fully furnished with modern furniture. Mutual areas are kept very clean. There is a shared bathroom which is also kept very clean. The room has a great sized, built in closet. The room comes with your choice of a full sized bunk bed frame. I am open to having two tenants in this room, the price would go up though. Inquiries are accepted. The room has two windows that let in light. Outside the window is an accessible rooftop. The room also comes with a dresser. You can choose to keep the dresser or throw it out. The room also comes with an AC unit. Downstairs there is a brand new laundromat which is very convenient.

Near the apartment are tons of great places to eat and tons of bars. The apartment is near the L train (Montrose), the J, M, and G. Prime living spot. Do not miss out on this listing.
