Hey Guys!! I'm looking to live preferably near Hermosa or Manhattan Beach and move in very soon. I am moving from Atlanta for a new job. I am very clean and I like my time to myself sometimes but also love meeting new people and spending time with friends as well. On weekends I love going on hikes, being outside, and occasionally going out (but not every weekend). I also like going to the beach and would like to live as close as possible (walking distance is the goal but I am open). Smoking outside is ok, but no hard drugs pls and none in the house.
