Jordan T - $800/month

Im 25 yrs old, I'll be 26 this month. Im a server at Ruby Tuesdays in Times Square. Im an actor and a YouTuber, and an aspiring Event Planner. I start my Event Planning classes at NYIAD later this month. I currently live in South Brooklyn, almost to Coney Island, and it is entirely too far! I moved here out of desperation to find a permanent residence when I moved to NYC in July from Florida. It takes me over an hour to get to and from work, and most of my friends and co-workers live in Manhattan, and it takes me forever to get to them when they want to hang out... so Im definitely trying to move closer to the city. My current roommate is very quiet and anti social , and Im not a huge fan of that. I mean he's not a bad guy, he just isnt great. Messy, slight attitude problem, very nonchalant... Ive lived with him for 4 months now, and just all these factors make me want to move. As far as my schedule goes, I am a server, so sometimes its really late nights and really early mornings. I enjoy going out and exploring the city on my days off. Im always doing one of 3 things: working (either at Ruby's, planning an event for someone, or filming a video for my channel), exploring the city, or auditioning. For fun, I like to write spoken word and plays, read, sing, watch reality tv, & work on my YouTube channel. Im really into Pop Culture, and I would call myself a 90's geek. As far as my personality goes, I'm very laid back, yet energetic at the same time. I love to have a good time. Very outgoing, very funny, etc. I use all my words...lol...I can be quite the potty mouth sometimes. I don't smoke, don't do any drugs, but I do enjoy a glass of wine or a cocktail every now and then. I like to cook, but not all the time; Im more of a baker. I am a single, gay, male, and I do enjoy my sexual, yet safe escapades. So we would have to discuss the expectations on having guests over. Welp, I think I covered everything...
