Available Room in new luxury apartment
Recently rented a brand new, never been lived in before apartment in NorthEast Miami. So looking for a roommate for the other room, preferably starting the month of July or August.
The rooms are a pretty decent and equal in size. The apartment has brand new appliances and we would each have our own restrooms. Washer and Dryer in Unit and a balcony as well. It is close to Miami-Dade and Barry university.
We would split all utilities/internet. Shared spaces like the living room is furnished. Only thing unfurnished would be your room and restroom. I also have a small dog, he's friendly and adorable. Looking for someone as soon as possible! (:
