I am a young artist looking for a peaceful, chill, relaxed, clean, safe environment to live to focus on school and art. I keep to myself mostly. I can be social. I do like to invite people over but its only 1 or 2 people max. Usually are quiet introverted individuals. I am very clean. My room may get unorganized from time to time but I make sure to keep the kitchen and bathroom super clean. I hate bugs in the house so this is my motivation. I hate being late for rent so I most likely will pay early. Im peaceful and know how to communicate well. Everyone has disagreements but its about how you go about those issues. Positive vibes all the way. I also have a cat that I OCD clean once a week. He smells like vanilla and is litter trained.
