I am relocating to New York from Chicago in September. Willing to travel in July/August to visit apts! As a roommate, I'm easygoing and low maintenance. I do dishes and cook and don't mind deep cleaning every now and then. I've lived on my own before, so I know how to keep a place in shape. I do have a cat who's quite nice (small 8 yr old male, neutered and well-behaved and very cute). Generally, I am independent and will keep to myself when in the apartment as I like to write/read and watch stuff on my own. But I'd like to be able to socialize a little with my roommate/it would be nice to get along! I am not a partyer but might occasionally have a friend or two over to visit. I respect your space and expect the same in return! I can adapt to pretty much any situation. I value open communication to avoid issues, so let's leave the passive aggression out in the hall! Style-wise, I'm mutable so if you have strong opinions I can adapt.
