I currently rent @ Mercedes House in Hells Kitchen...4k/mn for a place I spend 2 weeknights at per week. I realize this is a bit pointless, so looking to move by the end of December. I won't be there much, when I am...its home by 6p, gym then eat out. Up at 6am, gone by 645. I think that may make me the perfect roommate for those who don't want a roommate!
