This apartment is a rare find for the price. The common space is massive. It's an open floor plan with a huge living room, great for hanging out and watching TV. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and shelving and we have a dining room table as well. There is a skylight! So the natural light we get is really nice.
It's a walk-up, but there are only two apartments in the building. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe. One and a half blocks from the F/G train at 7th Ave, and a 10 minute walk from Prospect Park.
