I am a 30 yo gay male corporate finance professional working for a large international fashion house. I recently relocated to NYC after living in Miami/Ft Lauderdale area for the past 12 years. Looking at the "bars" on my profile, i feel isn't really accurate, so I'll go into more detail here. I typically work 9-6 or later and go to the gym around that. I am a generally health conscious and active guy. I go out on the weekends occasionally, but don't bring the party home with me. I like to have friends over from time to time, but also like my space when I want it. Looking for a roommate who is around my age that I could get along with socially; we don't need to be best friends, but I want to come home to a comfortable environment. You don't have to be OCD about cleaning, but common spaces should be clean and kept tidy. I' am 420 friendly, but by no means a pothead. I'll have a glass of wine to unwind occasionally on a weeknight, but tend to keep my drinking to the weekends. Looking for a roommate to move in on or around February 1st, although am somewhat flexible.
