House share near Canton St in Roswell ranch, parking, fin basement
I am looking into potentially sharing a house with 1 or 2 roommates. Its a great house in a great location about a mile from Canton Street. I would like to find a roommate before i move in which will hopefully be by sept 1. There are 4 total bedrooms and extra space in the basement for a second living area. So there is room for some nonbedroom furniture and extra privacy spaces. ABOUT ME: single professional, nonsmoker, no pets, very laid back and have sense of humor. No smoking. If we have 3 total people living in the house then the rent and utilities could be cheaper but I am open to having just two of us in the house also.
