I am looking a for a female/male roommate to take over my master bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment on 4th floor. The room has a river view window, big closet, hardwood floor, attached half bath and can fit queen size bed. Kitchen has dishwasher and lots of cabinet space. Huge furnished (big couch, coffee table, TV) living room with river view and small storage space. Building has multiple elevators and laundry rooms. Building maintenance service is very good. Rent includes all utilities. 5 min walk from Roosevelt Island F subway stop and 8 min walk to tram stop. Free bus runs every 10 minutes to the subway/tram. Bus stops right across the building. Wholesome grocery store at the ground floor of the same building, farmers market every Saturday morning at 6 min walking distance. Quiet and very safe neighborhood with river walk. Rent is $1450 and one month's rent as security deposit.
There are 2 female professional roommates who are clean, quite and respect other's space and privacy.
