Sunny bedroom open in a newly-renovated 2BR in the Lower East Side. Bedroom has two windows, and can fit either a queen bed + armoire a little tightly, or a full bed + armoire more comfortably.
Shared spaces are furnished with a sofa, dining table & chairs, and a fully stocked kitchen (dishes, cookware, etc). Plus kitchen has a dishwasher! Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit.
