Private Room in South Williamsburg

The South Williamsburg House is a recent addition to the Outpost Club family. It features four floors of exclusively designed spaces and is within walking distance of multiple subway lines and plenty of dining and entertainment. We also have a spacious backyard and a rooftop with a view of Manhattan.

This coliving space is located where the Brooklyn neighborhoods of Williamsburg, Bushwick and Bed-Stuy meet, in the up-and-coming Broadway area.

The South Williamsburg House is a 1-minute walk to the Flushing Ave. stop on the J, M and Z trains, a 10-minute walk to the Montrose Ave. stop on the L train and a 10-minute walk to the Flushing Ave. stop on the G train.

The central location is near restaurants, bars, coffee shops and more. Check out our neighborhood guide to get a feel for the area!

The house is a newly renovated space inside and out, with split-unit heating and air conditioning, updated appliances and hardwood floors. This house is equipped with six kitchens, multiple common rooms and a co-working space. All of the common areas are massive in comparison to your average New York City apartment, as is the backyard. There’s also a rooftop, giving you access to even more outdoor space.

This space is move-in ready; all you have to do is show up with your suitcase.

We worked with interior designers to make the house comfortable for all of our members in any room of the house. For the furniture we used only the best suppliers, real wooden surfaces, durable metals and sleek countertops.

We’ve thought of all the little things you need to feel right at home upon arrival.

Your room will be move-in ready, just like the rest of the house; there’s no need to even bring a pillow. There are single and shared rooms, depending on availability and your price range.

Amenities: memory-foam mattresses (twin-sized for shared rooms; full-sized for single rooms), memory-foam pillows, extension cords to your bedside, shelving, hooks, bed linens, towels and closets/organizational tools.
Services: Bed linens and towels will be available for you when you arrive.

The basement space is also equipped with everything you need … to work! This room comfortably holds up to 5-7 people working simultaneously. There's a lot of desk space to make sure your work time is productive. Additionally, there are many common spaces throughout the house that our members use to work.

Amenities: Desks, chairs, conveniently placed outlets, a printer, a scanner and a fax machine to make sure you are prepared for anything work throws at you.
Security: 24/7 security in common areas.
The (co)living room

The living room is located in the basement of the South Williamsburg House. The living room has comfortable couches and a 55-inch TV (with Netflix!); this is where we host movie nights, game nights and hangouts. The space is equipped with everything you need to relax.

Living room also includes: A coffee table, additional seating, pillows, lamps, knickknacks and house slippers to walk around in.
Security: 24/7 security in common areas.
Tech: Google Chromecast

There are six kitchens throughout the house. On each floor, the kitchen and dining room are the first rooms you enter. These spaces are used for potluck dinners, solo meals and chats in the evening over a glass of wine.

Amenities include gas stoves, stainless-steel fridges, microwaves, large sinks, coffee makers, blenders, plenty of cabinets, cookware, tableware, cutting boards and anything else you would need in a kitchen.
Also included: salt, pepper, sugar, coffee grounds, tea, olive oil, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap and garbage/recycling bags, all of which are routinely restocked.
Security: 24/7 security in all common areas.

We provide many bathroom essentials, as well. There are six full bathrooms and one half bathroom so you’ll never have to wait. Some are en-suite bathrooms while some are for the whole house to use.

Also included: toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, hand soap and small garbage bags, which will never run out! We also provide hair dryers, so there's no need to bring your own.

The South Williamsburg House also has a laundry room where members can do their laundry in the comfort of their own home.

Security: 24/7 security in all common areas, as well as lockers

The South Williamsburg House has a great backyard! It has tables, chairs and hammocks so you can hang outside in the spring, summer and autumn, and even has a fire pit. This spacious area holds many parties, get-togethers, barbecues and celebrations.
