Great Private bedroom in a coliving space

The Bushwick House is a recently renovated house in Bushwick, Brooklyn. When we were looking for a new place, we thought about finding a great location that is still affordable and fun. The tree-lined streets are a great addition to the neighborhood. We named the house the Bushwick House because although we have houses in Bushwick, this one is right in the heart the neighborhood.

Located right in the heart of Bushwick, this coliving space is in the most up-and-coming neighborhood of Brooklyn.
The Bushwick House is a 10-minute walk to the JMZ trains on Halsey Street and a 10-minute walk to the L train at Myrtle Avenue-Wyckoff Avenue.
The location is near coffee shops, artisanal pizza joints, supermarkets, delis and bars.

The house reflects the neighborhood by incorporating wood into the design: wooden floors, furniture, beds and closets, all made with wood to make the house feel chic and warm. This coliving space has 17 rooms, including three kitchens, and if you take a trip downstairs you’ll find a living room and co-working space, both of which are massive in comparison to your average New York apartment.
This space is move-in ready; all you have to do is show up with your suitcase.

We worked with interior designers to make the house comfortable for all of our members in any room of the house. For the furniture we used only the best suppliers, real wooden surfaces, durable metals and sleek countertops.
We’ve thought of all the little things you need to feel right at home upon arrival.

Your room will be move-in ready, just like the rest of the house. There’s no need to even bring a pillow. This is a shared room with multiple persons.
Amenities: memory-foam mattresses (twin-sized for shared rooms, full-sized for single rooms), memory-foam pillows, extension cords to your bedside, shelving, hooks, bed linens, towels and closets/organizational tools.

These are the heart of the house, and for good reason. The kitchens have dining-room tables large enough to seat up to eight people. The spaces are used for potluck dinners, solo meals and chats in the evening over a glass of wine. But these aren’t the only common areas.
Amenities include electric stoves, stainless-steel fridges, microwaves, large sinks, coffee makers, blenders, plenty of cabinets, cookware, tableware, cutting boards and anything else you would need in a kitchen.
Also included: salt, pepper, sugar, coffee grounds, tea, olive oil, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and garbage/recycling bags, all of which are routinely restocked.
Security: 24/7 security in common areas.

The living room has a large L-shaped couch and a 55-inch TV (with Netflix!); this is where we host movie nights, game nights and chill hangouts. The space is equipped with everything you need to relax..
Living room also includes: A coffee table, additional chairs, pillows, lamps, knickknacks, house slippers to walk around in and nice people.
Security: 24/7 security in common areas.
Google Chromecast.

This space also equipped with everything you need to work! The room comfortably holds up four people working simultaneously. There's lots of desk space to make sure your work time is productive. Additionally, all common spaces throughout the house can be used to work. Our members are either out at work or working from home, so the house remains quiet during the day
