I am new to LA, I moved here this past January with my dog, Jodie (4yo), for a change of scenery and pursue my music career. I am a maintenance tech for Abra Management during the week and I do some side handyman work for some extra money. Jodie and I are extremely tranquil and respectful of our home. We currently live in Burbank with some very nice roommates, 3 females, that I'm confident would be able to vouch for us and our experience here. We actually love it here but unfortunately the space is a bit over our budget so we want to find a place that makes sense for us financially.
