1340/ mo: Long or short term beginning January 1. Seeking a third roommate for our incredibly large south williamsburg apartment. The apartment has a beautiful open kitchen with new appliances and a huge living area with separate breakfast nook. Its top floor, 4th fl walk up, no neighbors share the floor. We have a small outdoor area off of our fire escape that we share amongst neighbors as well. The bedroom available is the second largest of the three. You can comfortably fit a queen size bed, nightstand, two dressers or desk. The room has a big window, and a large closet. The room can come furnished if preferred, or empty, your choice. We ask you contribute to communal products like TP/ paper towels/ Dish soap etc. We need a clean, respectful roommate who's gainfully employed. Utilities usually come out to under $70 each/mo - bills are shared and split evenly so no one ever over-pays. The apartment is about a minute walk to the Marcy JMZ line, you are ONE stop to Manhattan's Lower East Side. If you bike, we are directly at the foot of the bridge for a quick commute. upon move in you will need; first months rent + security deposit (equivalent to one months rent)
