My lovely roommate is moving to Paris and I am looking for a new one to take her spot. You need to qualify by the leasing office and make 50x rent or have a guarantor.
The apartment is great. Two floors! You will have the downstairs which has a closet, living area, bathroom (shower), entrance to our patio (only shares with our neighbour) and a separate entrance to your floor as well.
I work in ad tech and am a bit of a workaholic. Originally from the Midwest, but this is home! I’m pretty laid back and go with the flow. I’m more of a make dinner at home and see what’s on Netflix during the week, out most weekends enjoying the city. I bike during the summer, ski in the winter and workout a few times a week. I have a travel bug so I am away a few times a year overseas.
I’m looking for someone who is responsible, respectful, clean, considerate and kind. You need to be employed, preferably in an office, rather than from working from home. You enjoy going out-just don’t bring it home. This is a quiet building and neighbourhood. The neighbourhood is amazing and across from a park, so it feels like a suburb in the city. This is more than a crash pad to me, I’ve been here for 2 years and love it. Looking for someone who will love it too.
