Searching for a roommate for the third bedroom in our 3-bedroom apartment in Valley Village. We are two 30-something ladies in the creative industry. The available room is ideal for newcomers to L.A. or somebody comfortable with a cozy room (12 ft x 10 ft). 1.5 bath. Dish washer. Tandem parking that we swap on a monthly basis. Laundry room downstairs. Rent is $735 a month. Looking for someone with at least a 1-year commitment in mind. Must be okay with cats as we have two senior cats in our family and comfortability living with night owls. Move in November 1st (can be earlier if the application is approved asap)
