Hi! My roommates Riley, Kaela and I are all 20 somethings from Long Island & NJ looking for a roommate to join us in our Kips Bay apartment. We all work in the city with solid jobs. None of us are neat freaks or crazy cooks but we like to keep our common spaces tidy! We enjoy having friends over, small gatherings or holiday parties and we do drink- so if you like extreme quiet and such, this might not be for you. We love the apartment and can't get over how much space (& closets!) we have for the price of out apt! The views are absolutely amazing. The room available has views of the Empire State Building that you can see from your bed (not kidding see pics!). Looking for Roommate to re-sign our 4 br lease in Kips Bay!
Our apartment is awesome! All our rooms have so much space, I couldn't believe it either when I moved in. We have incredible views of the Empire State Building. Plenty of closet space, a full kitchen, and a cozy living room. We're on the 14th floor so we have less street noise and our balcony feels like a breath of fresh air! We're in a doorman building with a laundry room on street level. There is a gym in building for a monthly fee. The Kips Bay area has so much to offer with tons of bars and restaurants in the area and Trader Joe's 4 blocks away and Fairway 3 blocks away.
