1 small bedroom in fully furnished upper west side luxury doorman elevator building
I have an apartment on the upper west side in a high rise luxury building on the 22nd floor. The apartment is a large one-bedroom, but the room I'm renting is small--however, the tenant will have the complete run of the whole apartment. When you get off of the elevator on the 22nd floor there are only two apartments to the left of the elevator because the building spires up and gets narrower on the top floor. From the hallway, there is a beautiful view of the Hudson River, New Jersey and Manhattan. Inside the apartment, the same view.
