The apartment is available through Aug 31st and there is potential to resign for next year's lease on Sept 1st. One other room will also be available in this apartment in July for the same rent.

The room is furnished, comfortably fitting a dresser, night stand, and full size bed. All furniture will be left for negotiable price. There is also an AC unit installed which can be included in furniture purchase.

The apartment is spacious with a full kitchen, living room, and dining room along with a shared bathroom and two other true bedrooms. We are two short blocks from all the bars and restaurants on Bedford. A 5 minute walk to L and G trains and 10 minutes from the J, M, Z. Manhattan is a short train ride away, to Union Square in under 10 min.

The other two roommates are mid twenties, working professionals. They are respectful roommates, but also fun and easy going. We have become good friends and enjoy going to dinner or ordering in seamless as a group. We do all sometimes hermit in our bedrooms at times as well.

This apartment is amazing and in such a great location, the only reason I am leaving is a move for work.
