I'm a young 27 year old male who is looking for a place to say. I'm considerate, respectful and humble. Don't drink or smoke nor am I planning to have any house parties any time soon lol.
I work Monday to Saturday during the day and have classes Monday and Wednesday Night.
So time spent home wont be much. I may have small gatherings(2-4 friends) sometimes and would need a roommate that wouldnt mind such a thing. But thats about it
