As for me, I'm a very easy guy to get along with and don't entertain, party, make noise or play loud music. Overall a good place for a student or seeker of peace. I'm not searching for a friend, buddy, or lover; I'm just looking to rent my extra bedroom and share my apartment. That being said, I am open to the idea of going out to dinner and/or a movie together once in a while, should my roommate be open to that. Should we become friends too, that would just be a plus.

Deluxe Furnished Room -- Kendall/Dadeland Area
My place is very convenient to downtown Miami via the Metrorail. I'm just a couple of blocks from a Metrorail station and public bus routes. It is also only a couple of blocks from all of the major highways: US-1, the Palmetto Expy, Kendall Drive, as well as Dadeland Mall, major shopping and restaurants of all kinds. A reasonable drive to Univ. of Miami, MDJC, and FIU.
The Metrorail also takes you directly to the Univ. of Miami, UM Medical School and Medical Center, the civic center, Jackson Memorial Hospital, VA Hospital, and Miami Intl. Airport.
It is a very good room in a great location--it is well furnished and well equipped with a smart TV, WiFi and all the important electronics. There are two swimming pools and a sundeck, laundry room, and parking garage. Landscaped balcony with a large umbrella, fountain, table and chairs--a great place to sit and read, eat, or study. The extra bedroom is now ready to rent. It would be hard to do better.
