About Me

A bit about me:

--Basic--
* Male
* Mid 30's
* Computer Engineer (fully remote)
* Possible mental health coach position on horizon (fully remote)

--TL;DR--
* Fully vaccinated
* Credit score 790+; Amazing references
* Nonsmoker, no drugs, nominal alcohol consumption
* Usually the cleanest, most organized person in the house
* LGBTQ+ and pet friendly but have none
* Lived in 5 group houses since 2013 (co-managed 9-person house)
* Have a subcompact car & bicycle
* Ideal move-in July 1; earlier works, later may also

--Needs--
* Unfurnished room
* I'm a minimalist, but need some out of the way storage (e.g. attic, crawlspace) for foam mattress toppers that are making debilitating chronic pain manageable. ~150 cubic feet (think 5'x5' storage locker).

--Summary--
I am sort of bouncing around, "slow-traveling" the US and otherwise meandering through life at present. Originally from Europe but it's hard to tell. I spend a lot of time learn things for fun: languages (Ru, Fr), finance, CS & math and music. Interest are eclectic: self-development/mental health/philosophy, Go (baduk), nature, have social good startup ideas on pause, calisthenics, grow spices & flowers, ferment, roast coffee. Also vegan (you don't have to be) with handyman skills. Past roommates would describe me as patient, creative, helpful, funny, weird.

--Preferences (but not deal-breakers)--
* Great housemates! Burners and similar seem like my type of weird
* 120+ sqft room
* with 4-ish miles of 98195 (near Green Lake, Queen Anne, Arboretum)
* Living with some notion of community, but not compulsory
* No/little TV in the common space (puts emphasis on people)
* Gender balanced/non-male-dominant house (for better dynamics)
* $1200/month and under

--Other--
* Currently in Seattle
* Current house has paper thin walls and too little space to people
* Viewing availability: Mon-Fri -- after 5:30; Sat-Sun -- anytime
* My only social media: https://www.flickr.com/photos/165672224@N08/albums

My maximum monthly budget 1,200
