Hello everyone. My name is Juan and I am a 35-year-old that currently works for an engineering firm in NJ. I'm looking for a room/roommate in the neighborhoods west of Van Courtlandt park area (Riverdale, Fieldston, Kingsbridge, Spuyten Duyvil, ect).

My ideal roommate is between 28-40, gainfully employed with good/great credit, open minded, friendly, respectful and responsible. I would like to think that you will find those qualities in me.

As for me, I can be a home body during the winter months but when the weather permits, I like to hike, bike around, take road trips/travel, go to concerts/festivals, take classes and check out sporting events. Ideally, I’m looking to move into a new apartment by the end of May/mid June but I can be flexible with move in dates & can accommodate for the right roommate.
