Luxury 3/2 in Las Colinas with Elevator
I’m interviewing potential roommate(s) to live with me in a three bed and two bath apartment in Las Colinas (Irving.) The apartment features gated parking, elevators, granite countertops, guest suites, and more.
The ideal roommate can be either make or female between the ages of 18 and 23. They must have a job and be able to pay their share of the rent. I’m asking $1,000 a month in rent if the chosen applicant and I will pay the remaining $1,500. We will split all bills equally not including groceries since I have a private chef that will cook for both of us.
The ideal applicant will have to pass a background check and will be subject to the standard requirements set by the apartment building.
