Hi! Thanks for checking out my listing. Building was raising rates much more just like many NY buildings, but I negotiated to keep rates down! 🙂 I am actually paying more for my share. Includes Utilities & all amazing amenities, such as heated pool, full gym, and billiards/game room! This is honestly a great value for the area which is why I’m living ere for 6 years!
My background is in finance/tech/cs, but open to all professional backgrounds. My roommate of 4 years is getting married resulting in this vacancy. Seeking a new roommate who ideally would be similar to myself: I’m a straight male, age 27, non-smoker, and easy going, quiet, respectful and friendly.
It would be cool if you were similarly interested in sci-fi/comedy/action movies and ideally someone who would also like to become friends to explore the local dining scene, occasionally share some home cooked meals, play some video and/or board games, and check out social events. I also enjoy hiking, drawing, tennis, ping-pong, billiards in the game room, squash, board game/poker nights with friends. No drugs of any kind in the apt, but occasional drinking is fine.
