I have a 1 bedroom within a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom available for rent. The room is 11' x 16.5' with a separate entrance. There is a ceiling fan. Updated double pane windows with wooden blinds on all windows.

The room will include a bed, a shoe rack and a bookshelf.

My current roommate is moving to Oakland and since I love this apartment so much, I've decided to stay.

I'm a single female who works a lot. I love cooking, art, movies, listening to oldies, fashion, shopping and hiking. I am very chill and a home body when I'm not working. I love to explore new places to eat or go to a last minute Giants game.

I'm looking for a roommate who shares similar likes, but also respectful of our living space. I work weekends so would prefer someone who isn't a party animal and brings the party home after going out. I don't mind drinking as I love to do so on occasion.
This would be a perfect place for a student, one who works in tech or travels for work or even just someone who's mellow like I am. Please no couples!
The room is for single occupancy ONLY.
