Bryce M L - $1,300/month

I am 30 years old and work as an associate producer at TMZ. I currently live in Brentwood. I have lived there for over two years with a good friend and just ready for a change. I am in charge of collecting rent, paying bills, house upkeep, etc. which means I know how a place of residence should look and be treated.

I am respectful, responsible and clean (and not just for a dude). I work roughly 10-12 hours a day during the week and on the weekends, I am either being active, out with friends or watching Netflix trying to get my sleep cycle back to normal. I am straight and single, but due to my hectic work schedule, I don't have plans to have overnight guests, or somewhat sadly, a girlfriend, in the near future. I want to find a spot I can eat and sleep comfortably. I am not interested in throwing parties or having people over (anymore) - This is a big deal for me. I am not a hermit, I just prefer to hang with my friends outside of my house.
