I am quiet, and keep to myself, but quite social and friendly. I freelance so I can sometimes work on site as well as home. And I have been spending more time on the west coast. I am fastidious about tidy-ness and putting things away. I respect other people's space and privacy. I value nice things and share them when I can. My party days are long over 'tho I am not an old bore either! At least I don't think so! I don't need to be best buddies with my room mate but I do expect to be friendly. Specially in the close quarters!
I enjoy arts and culture: going to galleries, museums, music and theater and going to films as well as streaming them. Cooking is also an activity I enjoy, 'tho I prefer to cook for company as opposed to cooking for 1, which means roommates may definitely benefit!

Koreatown is just blocks away!
Fully furnished, all the amenities of home away from home: bedroom has queen bed with nice linens and white and grey towels in bathroom, kitchen is fully equipped and has microwave and toaster oven.
Living room and bedroom have floor to ceiling windows, very bright; kitchen has small window and bathroom has marble counter top with tub and shower, and light gray walls.
