We are a family of two. I am on my forties and live with my well behave and clean teenage son. We are really busy with our schedules, appointments, sports, and church commitments.
We like to take care of our inner and outer health by honoring our bodies and mental health with clean eating, healthy relationships, exercise, reading, having fun, and we spend the least amount of screen time possible. We cook delicious Venezuelan food and healthy meals as well.
We are glad to share them with you at not cost and as part of the family oriented experience you can enjoy as you are welcome to our home.
We are very family oriented and want to add value to our home with the right person who is able to do the same especially since I want to set a great example for my growing son. We enjoy and embrace a roommate who is not a user of drugs, hooka, wax pens, vaping items, alcohol, narcotics, and or cigarrets.
We cook often at home mostly fresh food, We try to keep the space tidy and looking for a housemate that is respectful, cleans up after themselves, and leaves spaces and items the way they found them. We prefer quiet hours from 10:30pm-7:30am. We appreciate not a very late or a very early schedule.
About me and my interests: I am very hospitable, friendly, honest, generous, and positive. Things i really cannot tolarate is lies and stealing. My interest include church or bilble topics, music, cooking, sports, languages, personal development, inner healing, Alanon, movies, reading, hiking, cleaning, and enjoying life today.
The apartment is our world's sanctuary space and I look forward to its quietness and positive energy when I'm home so it's important to maintain that serenity with another person living here.

I am offering a private bedroom w closet and full bathroom to share with my teenage son and I. Seeking a nice, clean, female professional without pets and mature over 24 years old. No alcoholics, smokers, hooka, vape, or drug users please. We try our best to live a modern Christian life with its values but we do not practice any type of substance use. We attend church but we are not religious, legalistic, and do not follow dogmatic life styles. We are a happy family, mellow, and excited to share our place with you.

The room is for one female roommate only. Please note, this is a monthly contract. Depending upon our living experience and match, we will be happy to have you for longer time. MUST have great credit to be approved (no exceptions) and one month of rent worth in bank account or more depending on your stay.
The kitchen, washer and dryer are available to share. There is wood flooring throughout the unit. Shared parking space or on the street parking. Your rent would be $900 per month. Your move in costs would be: 1st month rent ($900.) plus $900 damage deposit (which you would be getting back when you leave the unit in the same condition). Utilities included. 30$ credit check fee.
This 90230 location is safe in a great community. It is a 5 min drive to: the Westfield Mall, the 90 and the 405 Freeways, 10 minute drive to LAX and 10 min drive to the ocean. Walking distance to bus stop, West LA College and to stores like Ralphs, Sprouts, Target, Ross, Bed Bath & Beyond, and restaurants such Lucille's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que, Father's Office, BJ's Brew house, 2 min drive to the community pool, and a few blocks to several parks.
