The Place: The bedroom is about 12'x15'with a good sized closet, hardwood floors, high ceilings, and bay windows. It's one of two bedrooms, with a shared bath, kitchen, and living space. This is a top floor apartment (stairs!) in a turn of the century building with charm and lots of natural light.
Rent, utilities, and internet come to $1200 a month. Security deposit of $800.
The Roommate: I am a lady in my early 30's, bay area native, who works a 9-5. I keep common spaces tidy and usable and am looking for someone to contribute to that environment. There is often music playing, art projects being worked on, and meals being cooked in the apartment. While I do socialize at the apartment on occasions, I prefer to keep a more mellow home life. You will also be sharing the apartment with a cat who struts around the apartment like he owns the place.
