I have two rooms for rent. This is a three bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a triplex.

Apartment:
The apartment is spacious with lots of windows and light. There are 1.5 bathrooms, a large deck in the backyard for get togethers, a desert garden in the front, a huge kitchen, and a spacious, light-filled living room. My sister, the owner, is moving out and taking all the furniture in the pictures . If you have any furniture or kitchen equipment, I’ll probably have room to fit it in!

Room 1 ($1,150):
This room is 11.5 x 15 feet. It has two long windows which make the room bright. It comes with a large closet with a huge mirror and shelving inside. This room is at the front of the house looking out into the desert garden. There is no parking space for this room. Room is available August 1.

Room 2 with parking ($1,300):
This room is the biggest in the house at 15 x 16.5 feet. It comes with a closet with shelves, a long window with a cute built-in reading bench, and a pretty fireplace (not functional). This room is on the side of the house, which allows for the most privacy and quiet. It comes with a gated parking space in the back! Room is also available August 1.

Details:
One year lease required.
No animals allowed.
Bills: internet, electricity, gas
